Hi all! My name is Pam Richee and I was born and raised right here in Etowah County, Alabama, in the Stowers Hill area of Attalla. After moving back from Highlands, North Carolina, in ‘98, I laid roots in the Southside and Rainbow City area. I have two sons, both who graduated from Southside High School. Bryce graduated in 2018 and Brayden graduated in 2025. Being able to be from an area you love, I find to be a great benefit to me.
I started my real estate career in 2000 when I went to work for The National Auction Group, which is when I first obtained my real estate license. It wasn’t until 2004 that I first decided to place my license with a local real estate firm and actually begin my journey of assisting sellers and buyers with all their real estate needs.
During my time as a real estate agent, I have also worked behind the scenes of the real estate transaction as a title, abstractor and closing coordinator. Not only do I hold my real estate license, but I also hold my Alabama title agent license as well. I find that having different experiences and knowledge only allows me to be a better agent for my buyers and sellers. To me, each transaction is unique and special, so I find it a blessing to be able to do what I do!
Since coming on board with Impact Realty, not only have I continued to gain information and knowledge, which provides me with the tools to change with the always-changing market, but I have also gained a new perspective on what it means to make a true impact on the lives of those you work with daily. Real estate is so much more than just finding you a piece of property to me.
