About Heather Bontrager

Hi there! I'm a dedicated Real Estate Agent licensed in both Georgia and Alabama, passionate about helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams. Since 2000, I've called Georgia home, but my Southern roots trace back to Alabama. I bring a friendly, approachable demeanor (yes, complete with a Southern accent!) paired with a sharp intellect and a commitment to getting results for my clients.

 

Real estate isn’t just a job for me—it’s my calling. I thrive on forming genuine relationships with my clients, and by the end of our journey, many feel like family. My goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience, ensuring you feel valued, heard, and supported every step of the way. I stay calm under pressure and excel at problem-solving, whether it's reviewing contracts, negotiating the best deal, or anticipating potential roadblocks to keep things moving smoothly.

 

As an active member of the real estate community, I serve as Vice President of Member Services for the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and hold a seat on the Board of Directors. I’m also a Director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and contribute to various committees to forward and protect homeownership rights. In addition to my local involvement, I hold multiple designations and certifications—including ABR, SFR, SRS, and more—because I believe continuous learning is key to providing the best service possible.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring newer agents and sharing knowledge with colleagues. I’m also an advocate for giving back to the community, whether it’s through outreach initiatives or connecting people with trusted resources.
